Swap A Set LLC operates SwapASet and is committed to protecting your privacy.
We collect name, email address, ZIP code, membership tier, payment information processed by Stripe, set listing information including photos, swap history, and Brick Credits transaction history.
To provide and improve the SwapASet platform, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails via Zoho Mail, send marketing emails via Mailchimp, facilitate set swaps between members, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Firebase for authentication and data storage, Mailchimp for email marketing, Zoho Mail for transactional email, Shippo for shipping labels, Cloudinary for photo storage, and Rebrickable and Brickset for set data lookup.
We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication and encrypted connections. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

SwapASet is intended for users of all ages including children under 13 with parental consent. We comply with COPPA. Parents may contact hello@swapaset.com to request deletion of their child's data.
